We are looking for a digital marketing manager to join us and help us with promoting Aspire in the online world, from the web to mobile app stores, improving our advertisement strategy, and shaping affiliations that help Aspire’s growth. An ideal candidate has experience in all these areas but if you are not an expert in all these areas, don’t worry, we believe that a good and talented teammate can learn fast in the job and perform well.

• Deeply understand our users, their needs, and challenges to promote Aspire mobile apps in GooglePlay Store and Apple App Store
• Help Aspire presence grow online by adding more blog posts and work on Aspire’s SEO
• Constantly improve ASO for Aspire apps, work on app description, keywords and screenshots.
• Work on advertisement strategies and implement a strategy that improves the cost of acquisition via ads.
• Work with affiliate companies to promote Aspire app via affiliates.

• 1-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager working on products for small startups.
• Experience developing marketing strategies for new products and preferably mobile apps.
• Experience building or using creativity, digital marketing, work management, and/or workflow automation tools.
• Passion for the health and fitness area.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Outstanding written and verbal written communication skills, with great attention to detail.

We are looking for a project coordinator to join us and help us with aligning the project plans with business needs and goals, constructing business plans and successfully completing the key initiatives. An ideal candidate has experience in project management, coordinating team with agility that a small startup requires for thriving and passion for health and wellness.

• Plans, coordinates, and participates in the implementation of activities required for successfully delivering key initiatives
• Provides administrative assistance to management staff within assigned areas to support the accomplishment of program objectives and milestones.
• Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness, investigate trends, and recommend and implement modifications in order for team to achieve goals on time.
• Be adaptive and flexible with new goals and directions needed to for growing Aspire

• 1-3 years of experience as a product coordinator working preferably on small startups.
• Experience developing project plans and following the timelines to deliver quality work on time.
• Passion for the health and fitness.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Outstanding written and verbal written communication skills, with great attention to detail.
